Qatar Holding (QH) acknowledges the request by two core shareholders of Lagardère SCA​ to obtain a board representation.

In this context, QH considers it legitimate that all significant shareholders be fairly represented, in order to ensure a renewed consensus on the company's future and strategy. Such consensus will enhance value creation for all shareholders of Lagardère SCA.

As a long-term investor that remains committed to its investment in the company, QH confirms that it reserves the right to be represented as one of the core shareholders on the Supervisory Board of the company.

QH is not acting in concert with any party in relation to Lagardère SCA.
